Anne Werry teaches cello, co-coordinates the Summer Chamber Music Program, and is Head of the Suzuki Cello Dept. at NCMC. She was a Fulbright Scholar at Boston Conservatory and has training in Orff, Musikgarten and Music Together. Anne has performed with the New Zealand Symphony Orchestra, the Wellington Sinfonia and the Eastern Connecticut Orchestra, and was a featured soloist with the Holyoke Civic Symphony.


Nicole Fizznoglia teaches cello and directs the cello choir at NCMC. She studied at the Boston Conservatory of Music and received her Master’s in cello performance from UMass Amherst, where she studied with Astrid Schween. She has also studied with Jonathan Miller of the Boston Symphony and Matt Haimovitz. Nicole has performed with the Lark Quartet, the Lighthouse Chamber Players, the Springfield Symphony Orchestra, and BAHN Quartet, and has toured with Kanye West. She has also taught on the faculty of the Williston Northampton School, the Community Music School of Springfield, the Berkshire Hills Music Academy, and Mount Holyoke College.


Erin Tighe teaches cello at NCMC. She is a graduate of UMass Amherst, where she earned a degree in Music Education with a concentration in cello. Erin has performed at Boston's Symphony Hall, the Brattleboro Museum and Arts Center, the Majestic Theater, and at the Jazz Education Network Conference in Louisville, Kentucky. Erin has taught students at Amherst High School, the Berkshire Hills Music Academy, Northampton Public Schools, and the Wachusett String Orchestra in Holden, MA.
