Music for the Young Child

Eric Roth teaches Music Together® at NCMC. Eric received his B.M. from Boston Conservatory and M.M. from UMass Amherst. He currently plays cello with the 70’s cover band Satinwood and has played in orchestras around New England and in Wellington, New Zealand.


Carolyn Mazel has taught Music Together® classes at NCMC ever since becoming trained in the Music Together philosophy and curriculum in 2006. She has studied guitar and has extensive experience working and making music with young children and their parents/caregivers in classroom, family center and library settings. 


Evan Curran teaches Music Discoveries classes at NCMC. He received his Bachelor’s from UMass Amherst and formerly coordinated afterschool programs for the Hilltown Cooperative Charter Public School. Evan is now on the staff of the Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School and is the creator of the locally-renowned Shiprock and Anchordog Project.


Audrey Morse is a licensed Music Together® Teacher and Music Therapy Within Music Together Provider. In her extensive work as an early childhood consultant and nationally certified speech-language pathologist, she has found music to be one of the most important elements in reaching, teaching, and supporting the development of young children. Audrey received her B.S. from Boston University and her M.S. from Purdue University.
