Sheldon Ross
Trumpet
Sheldon Ross teaches trumpet at NCMC. He received his B.M. in Music with High Honors at Binghamton University, has studied at Ithaca College School of Music, and has completed graduate studies at UMASS Amherst. A certified music educator and active freelance performer, Sheldon has performed in nearly 150 musical theatre productions including at Boston Lyric Stage, Ogunquit Playhouse, Maine State Music Theatre, Goodspeed Opera House, Stoneham Theater and Wheelock Family Theatre. Sheldon has appeared as guest soloist with the Holyoke Civic Symphony, and is currently a member of the Clarion Brass Quintet, and Principal Trumpet for The Keene Chamber Orchestra. He is also a current faculty member of Deerfield Academy and the Belchertown and Amherst Schools.
Teacher at NCMC since 2004.
