About the Program

NCMC's Suzuki cello faculty are excited to announce that Blake Brasch is coming to teach an afternoon of workshops and masterclasses on Sunday March 23rd, from 12-3pm! Blake is a Suzuki cello teacher trainer who is a faculty member at the Hartt School of Music in Hartford.

Our guest teacher will work with each of our cello group classes in turn. Then he will work with some of the Book 3+ students, and group class alumni, in a masterclass with a block of 15 minutes for each participating student. You should all plan to participate in this workshop afternoon, and you are invited to watch the parts where you are not actively participating.

A more detailed schedule will be available soon.
