The person submitting this registration form must be 18 years of age or older. By submitting the form, you verify that the below information is accurate and you have read and understood NCMC's policies and procedures.
A non-refundable registration fee of $20 will be charged upon submitting this form. Once your registration has been processed, you will receive an email invoice from NCMC to pay your tuition balance based on amount owed, financial aid status, and payment plan chosen. You can contact registrar@ncmc.net for help with invoices, or see our F.A.Q. (bottom of About page).
